Thanks, everyone! I have an SSD upgrade in the cards for my ordered Surface Laptop Studio 2 and I immediately turned to Microsoft’s service guides online. So I thought it might be a good idea to have a backup here just in case these were ever unpublished by Microsoft. I hope these are useful!

Best of luck old buddy - why in heavens name not use the Surface Pro hatch - guess they have to reuse a lot of excess inventory (and of course SEVERELY upcharge storage)…

On a humorous note - did you see how they refer to the bottom of the device as the “Cosmetic Plate”… :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

What is crazier is this so-called “cosmetic plate” is not even a plate (see 2). It is a sticker! The actual bottom is called out as a “chassis + battery” (see 3).
