Seems to be ok for me on two devices I saw it previously, my Pro 9 5g running Edge, and a MacBook Air 15 running Safari.
I’ll test it on a couple of Chrome browser running systems, Monday.

Weird… just tried it on my 12.9 iPad Pro and have the issue @JoeS captured, but on the MacBook Air no issues.
Weirder still, if I us developer options to have the browser on the MacBook identify as Edge, no issues.

Flickering is back baby. At least at the bottom of the MS Complete thread my iPad Pro with Safari is flickering like there’s no tomorrow. Did the plugin get turned back on?

No, it is not I am afraid and no plugin changes.
Huh, that’s odd! Hold on, let me record it. We have some eagle eyed user here who can spot the exact problem.
