A new entry to the long list of Microsoft PowerToys: crop and lock: select a region of a window, and it will crop to that region, only allowing vertical scrolling.

This is actually really cool. In fact, I would argue that Mac needs something like PowerToys. It’s the one thing that MS has done lately that is rather amazing. It’s an easy to way to get more complicated features for Advanced Users into the OS without making it harder on regular users.
