This might be the wrong forum for this (Sonic, feel free to move), but we certified this exact configuration for a customer last week.
The review is mostly on target as far as performance and display brightness/quality, but based on our own torture tests (the ones we put our own custom devices through) it can hang with the Toughbooks (still my favorite rugged PC line FWIW) and Dells rugged latitudes, but usually less than 1/2 the price.

Every once in awhile, Acer engineers get out of their own way and make something really great. Looks like they’ve done it again. 450 nits is not quite outdoor viewable but it ain’t hay.
