Background: Verizon Message+ will either become your main SMS app, or on a tablet, allow you to manage texts on a Verizon line. (On an iPhone, the app allows you to select a second line for the app to manage SMS with no problem.)
Current Issue: The SIM in my Duo Deux is a work line. I’ve been using the VM+ on my Duo Deux to manage personal SMS. It’s been great. Google Messages and VM+ were part of an app pair so I could watch and handle the two lines side by side.
On Monday, VM+ suddenly demanded to be THE app controlling SMS on the SIM line - meaning I lose the ability to manage both lines.
WTH?! I’m dreading several hours online with VZM support (HA! - oxymoron).
