Outlook on this device has been very slow to load and open emails. I’m sure it’s not an android thing because it’s perfectly OK on the Samsung fold. Wonder if anyone’s experienced this.
Nope, mine’s fine. Launcher 10 was even worse than usual after the latest update so I switched to Microsoft’s launcher and it’s much quicker and smoother. FWIW.
With the Duo likely to be dead, there’s not much chance that Launcher 10 is going to get any updates. The last one was in September before the Duos got Android 12L.

Thanks. I’m using the default launcher. Any idea how to do a hard reset on the device? Pressing the power and volume down rocker only takes screenshots.
