Is it possible to replace the Samsung S-Pen driver with the Wacom driver?

Ages ago, I managed to get the Finepoint digitizer on my Fujitsu Stylistic ST-2300 to accept the Compaq TC-1000 from Windows NT — is there any equivalent for contemporary hardware?
