I have a nice old copy of DrawboardPDF which works as I like it, and doesn’t require a monthly payment.
Apparently it has been removed from the Microsoft Store — before I wipe the computer it’s on, is it possible to copy the app to a new computer and then prevent it from being updated/replaced by the new version?
Or should I find some other PDF annotation tool? Suggestions?
