I hadn’t really observed this until today, but I was showing the S8 + to several customers this morning and it was immediately obvious.
Especially with the + which approaches small laptop size, the tendency for a new user is to leave it on the tabletop and try and close it up like you would a laptop, you will both send the pen attached to the back flying, (and It got scuffed in the process) but the tablet itself will become detached from the cover and twice this morning, going clunking on to the table.
I don’t think experienced tablet users will hit this as they (me too) tend to pick it up and close it like a book instead.
Just further proof that what is for some second nature, may not at all be obvious to new users.
